At Buffbunny Collection, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your gear; if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensure all tags are intact, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
